Master Yang Jun will be teaching a series of seminars this year for students of all levels. They will be held Saturday, August 31 through Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at The Jack & Patti Salter Community Center, 1545 East Lincoln, Royal Oak, MI. He will be teaching the following:
- Traditional Hand Form: Sat/Sun, Aug 31-Sep 1
- 67 Sword Form: Mon/Tue, Sep 2-3
- Push Hands: Wed, Sep 4
In addition, there will be a “Dinner with Master Yang Jun”, Saturday, August 31 at 6pm at Sakura Restaurant, 3635 Rochester Rd, Rochester, MI 48083.
Grandmaster Yang Jun is the 5th generation lineage holder of Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan. He has trained since the age of 5 with his grandfather, Grandmaster Yang Zhenduo, and is the great grandson of the famous Master Yang Chengfu. He is now the family successor and standard-bearer of the rich heritage of Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan. “This seminar offers everyone interested in the art of Tai Chi Chuan an opportunity to meet and learn from one of the world’s foremost authorities on Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.”
